ChangeXtra, as an enterprise dedicated to women’s health, is thrilled to be kicking off the year with double nominations as ‘One to Watch’ by both Social Enterprise UK and Medilink Midlands. This recognition is a testament to the organization’s unwavering commitment to empowering women through positive change.
The SEUK Awards, a prestigious event held in London, saw CEO Claire Mann attending and travelling back to Nottingham at midnight in the snow! Though ChangeXtra did not win in their category, the nomination alone was a huge honour and proof that the company’s vision is being recognized by prominent organisations.

ChangeXtra’s nomination for the Medilink Midlands awards is particularly special because they were chosen directly by the judges. Being ‘One to Watch’ is a significant acknowledgement of their work, as the awards are centered on healthcare and life sciences, and are judged by experts from various industries.

At ChangeXtra, the team is determined to continue their work in creating innovative solutions to support women through life changes, particularly during menopause. Being recognized as ‘One to Watch’ by two different organizations is an excellent start to the year, and the team is excited to see where this recognition will take them next.
ChangeXtra believes that every woman deserves the right to make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing. Their mission is to empower women through education, support and self-care, so that they can make the best choices for themselves. The team is proud of the recognition they have received so far and looks forward to continuing their work towards making positive changes in the lives of women everywhere.
